Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a hotel lodging foreigners who ceases to carry on the lodging of foreigners shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every register of foreigners held by him has been disposed of.
