Application for registration.—Every keeper of a hotel lodging foreigners carrying on the lodging of foreigners shall make an application for registration to the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer in Form X, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every travel document held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
