Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the company issuing shares shall apply to the Stamp Revenue Board in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees, and the Stamp Revenue Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
