Application for registration.—Every architect certifying a project carrying on the certification of construction shall make an application for registration to the Adjudicating Officer in Form D, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every escrow account held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
