Surrender of certificate.—Every insured person who ceases to carry on employment in a covered establishment shall, within ten days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the appropriate Government in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 6 of the manner in which every wage record held by him has been disposed of.
