Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Disaster Management Act, 2005 (53 of 2005); (b) "owner of a hazardous installation" means a person carrying on the operation of a hazardous installation; (c) "plan" means a plan received, held or disposed of by a owner of a hazardous installation in the course of the operation of a hazardous installation; (d) "Form H" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
