Surrender of certificate.—Every declarant of assets who ceases to carry on the declaration of assets and liabilities shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every fee receipt held by him has been disposed of.
