Safe custody.—Every person residing in a prohibited area shall keep every lease deed to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where residence in a prohibited area is carried on, shall record in Form F the description of every lease deed so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Station Commander within twenty-one days of the close of each year.
