Intimation of change.—Every toll plaza operator shall intimate to the Regional Transport Authority, in Form 2 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Regional Transport Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
