Surrender of certificate.—Every importer of drugs who ceases to carry on the import of drugs shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Drugs Controller in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 25 of the manner in which every medical device held by him has been disposed of.
