Intimation of change.—Every nominee director shall intimate to the Regional Director, in Form MGT-7 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Regional Director shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
