Intimation of change.—Every subscriber shall intimate to the Controlling Authority, in Form 19 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Controlling Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
