Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any maintenance organisation dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security in Form CA-1, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every flight then held; and the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
