Rule 33, Madhya Pradesh Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Registration) Rules, 2009 [SES-EBM]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the registered establishment shall apply to the Government of Madhya Pradesh in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Government of Madhya Pradesh shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
