Forms.—The forms specified in the Schedule shall be used for the purposes for which they are so specified, and where no form is specified for any purpose, an application, return or intimation which contains the particulars these rules require shall be sufficient; Form IV and Form III shall be supplied by the Chief Electrical Inspector on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees, and a form so supplied shall bear the date on which it was supplied and shall be used within ninety days of that date.
