Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee who ceases to carry on the running of a licensed guest house shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Tourism in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every site held by him has been disposed of.
