Application for registration.—Every co-operative society carrying on the business of a co-operative society shall make an application for registration to the Registrar in Form H, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every sample held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
