Correction of entries.—The Electoral Registration Officer may, on an application made in Form 2A by any operator of a loudspeaker during an election or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than ten days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
