Intimation of change.—Every insurer issuing policies shall intimate to the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority, in Form E and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten rupees.
