Intimation of change.—Every transporter of goods shall intimate to the proper officer, in Form GST EWB-01 and within ten days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the proper officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
