Application for registration.—Every contractor supplying employees carrying on the supply of employees to an establishment shall make an application for registration to the Board of Trustees in Form 2, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every permanent retirement account held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
