Surrender of certificate.—Every contractor supplying employees who ceases to carry on the supply of employees to an establishment shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board of Trustees in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 13 of the manner in which every contribution held by him has been disposed of.
