Surrender of certificate.—Every status holder who ceases to carry on the export of goods as a status holder shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Development Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form ANF-2A of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
