Intimation of change.—Every unorganised worker shall intimate to the Employees' Insurance Court, in Form 2 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Employees' Insurance Court shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
