Application for registration.—Every auditee carrying on the submission of accounts for audit shall make an application for registration to the Government of Puducherry in Form GFR 12-A, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every purchase order held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
