Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the stock exchange shall apply to the Superintendent of Stamps in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Superintendent of Stamps shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
