Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the advertising agency shall apply to the Advisory Panel in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Advisory Panel shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
