Conditions of registration.—Every employer of a maternity beneficiary shall carry on the employment of women entitled to maternity benefit only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every declaration form in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such declaration form for inspection on request by the Assistant Director, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
