Application for registration.—Every operator of a vocational training centre carrying on the imparting of vocational training shall make an application for registration to the District Education Officer in Form H, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every textbook held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
