Intimation of change.—Every operator of a vocational training centre shall intimate to the District Education Officer, in Form H and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Education Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
