Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a citizen service centre shall apply to the Central Vigilance Commission in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Central Vigilance Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
