Surrender of certificate.—Every ombudsman under a scheme who ceases to carry on the resolution of complaints under a scheme shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Puducherry in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every award held by him has been disposed of.
