Application for registration.—Every ombudsman under a scheme carrying on the resolution of complaints under a scheme shall make an application for registration to the Government of Puducherry in Form D, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every record of proceedings held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
