Rule 29, Delhi Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Licensing) Rules, 2008 [SER-511]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the registered body shall apply to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
