Application for registration.—Every registered body carrying on the carrying on of business by a registered body shall make an application for registration to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form B, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every petition held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
