Application for registration.—Every operator of a gymnasium carrying on the running of a gymnasium shall make an application for registration to the Sports Authority in Form B, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every recognition held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
