Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a gymnasium shall apply to the Sports Authority in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Sports Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
