Intimation of change.—Every operator of a ferry shall intimate to the Government of Rajasthan, in Form D and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Rajasthan shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
