Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a ferry shall apply to the Government of Rajasthan in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Government of Rajasthan shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
