Rule 25, Puducherry Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Appeals) Rules, 2008 [SEQ-XRE]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the registered proprietor of a design shall apply to the Registrar of Copyrights in Form 1 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Registrar of Copyrights shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
