Application for registration.—Every contractor supplying employees carrying on the supply of employees to an establishment shall make an application for registration to the Controlling Authority in Form 11, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every declaration held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
