Rule 5, Uttar Pradesh Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Fees) Rules, 2008 [SEQ-T79]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the registered user shall apply to the Registrar of Geographical Indications in Form 27 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Registrar of Geographical Indications shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
