Application for registration.—Every digital locker service provider carrying on the provision of digital locker services shall make an application for registration to the Controller in Form C, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every electronic record held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
