Intimation of change.—Every advertiser on railway premises shall intimate to the Commissioner of Railway Safety, in Form H and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Commissioner of Railway Safety shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees.
