Application for registration.—Every open access consumer carrying on the drawal of electricity under open access shall make an application for registration to the Grievance Redressal Forum in Form I, within ninety days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every installation held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
