Rule 10, Andhra Pradesh Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Appeals) Rules, 2007 [SEQ-5PX]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the valuer appointed by the court shall apply to the Registrar General in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees, and the Registrar General shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
