Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the occupier shall apply to the State Board in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the State Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and eighty days of the application.
