Surrender of certificate.—Every consent manager who ceases to carry on the management of consent shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every electronic record held by him has been disposed of.
