Intimation of change.—Every distribution licensee shall intimate to the Chief Electrical Inspector, in Form III and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Electrical Inspector shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
