Surrender of certificate.—Every manufacturer of telecommunication equipment who ceases to carry on the manufacture of telecommunication equipment shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Licensing Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every subscriber record held by him has been disposed of.
